  • We will evaluate your gum health with a periodontal assessment.
  • Our team will take any x-rays necessary for diagnosis.
  • We provide a standard dental clean and polish.
  • Dr. Anderson will go over any conditions that require attention.
  • You will have a plan for a healthier smile before you leave our dental office!

Whether you have a little or a lot going on, you’ll never feel pressured. We can tackle any oral health problems one step at a time – together!

No Insurance? No Problem! We Have a Membership Plan

Many patients put off their dentistry because they don’t have insurance. But dental insurance hasn’t changed much over the last four decades, though dentistry has advanced continuously.

If you have insurance, we are happy to help you maximize your benefits, but we don’t want our uninsured patients to be left out in the cold, so we have our in-house White Bear Smiles Membership Plan available to defray costs and help you stay on track. You can see the details on our financial page.

Caring, Professional Staff Who Make a Difference

We are proud of the dental team we’ve put together here at White Bear Smiles. Dr. Anderson, Dr. Swift, and the rest of our clinical staff are highly trained professionals who have a genuine love for dentistry.

At White Bear Smiles, we pride ourselves on being very patient-oriented. After all, part of why we all chose to work in this field is because we love helping people. Our goal is for every patient we treat to develop and maintain their healthy smile for life!

If you’re a new patient here, we’ll ask you to fill out a few forms before your first dental appointment so we can get to know your medical and dental history a little better. You can fill out your forms electronically here on our website, and they will be forwarded to us automatically. Alternatively, if you’d rather fill your forms out before your dental appointment, we will schedule an early arrival time for you.

Amenities to Increase Your Comfort

We know that visiting the dentist can be scary and uncomfortable for some people.

Even though we understand that this dental anxiety may be a part of your life, we want to do everything we can to minimize it.

While you’re here with our White Bear Smiles dentists, we’ll work hard to keep you calm and comfortable. Every member of our staff is trained to make your dental experience as pleasant as possible.

To help you feel more relaxed in the dental chair, we offer blankets, pillows, and sunglasses during your treatment. If you’d prefer to distract yourself during your dental procedures, we also provide movies, radios, and headphones so you can truly “tune out” and use this time to escape reality.

If, despite these amenities, you’re still feeling overly anxious about your dental treatment, we also offer nitrous oxide sedation, or “laughing gas.” Our dentists would be happy to speak with you about potential nitrous oxide sedation at White Bear Smiles.
