What Is the White Bear Smiles Membership Program?
Our membership program has no deductibles, no paperwork, no yearly maximums, and even if you have a pre-existing condition, you’re covered from day one.
Adults pay just $456 per year, and the cost for each of your children is $278; for that annual membership, you’ll receive the following:
- Two routine dental cleanings and exams, including emergency exams
- Two fluoride treatments
- Unlimited digital x-rays (excluding Cone Beam)
- 35% off periodontal treatment
- 15% off all other treatments (on the Membership Plan initial fee and on non-preventive dental treatment, there will be a 1.8% MinnesotaCare Tax required by MN Statute 295.52, Sched 2)
