These teeth were broken in an unfortunate waterslide accident. We were able to see her right away, and repair the teeth with composite fillings.

Not every tooth needs or should have a sealant placed, but in this case, you can see the very deep grooves and fissures. The sealant protects those areas from cavities. Sealants aren't just for kids, either, they can be a great alternative to a more invasive filling, where appropriate.

This healthy and vital 90 year old hated her smile all her life. It is AMAZING sometimes what contouring and some filling material can do! She couldn't stop smiling.

For this patient, it had been years since she visited a dentist and she was very scared. She also does a lot of training in her job, and couldn't be without teeth. After a new upper denture and a lower partial (some of her lower teeth were still in good shape) she was very happy she made the first step of calling a dentist and her mouth is now pain and infection free. And she can smile again!
